Our Story
It All Started with a Boy Who had a Dream
Abdel Cruz, the owner grew up in Pachuca, Hildago, Mexico. He moved to the United States to Fort Worth, Texas when he was just 16 years old and found a job at a local landscape company. Abdel’s entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional attention to detail drove him to learn everything he could about the landscape industry.
In 2013 Abdel decided it was time to go out on his own. He founded Cruz Landscaping and hired his first two associates right away. Thanks to a few loyal customers, Cruz Landscaping began to grow and was maintaining entire neighborhoods. This allowed him to expand from one truck to two.
Cruz Landscaping became Landscapes of Fort Worth in January of 2024. The company moved out of Abdel’s backyard and into a facility in West Fort Worth. Needless to say, the future looks bright for the Landscapes of Fort Worth.
